- Call handing of HIS and Other Applications.
- Maintaining Complain Log.
- Service call resolution within define TAT.
- Training to the users for HIS and Other Applications.
- Updating the Daily Checklists.
- Documentation of Approvals Notes.
- Coordinate all the activities of IT department under the instructions of Head IT.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the Hospital from time to time.
- Proficient Knowledge of HIS Software.
- Basic Knowledge MS Office and Database.
- Result Orientation.
- Troubleshooting skills.
- Basic Knowledge of Computer Hardware.
- Experience with SSRS / Microsoft Report Builder.
