Role & responsibilities

1. Solar Site Execution:*

- Site survey, AutoCAD layout, Full installation - Structure, Panel, Inverter, Earthing
- Contractor handling, Commissioning, Client handover

2. Back Office - Solar:*

- BOM, Costing, Quotation, Purchase indent
- Net Metering, CEIG application, DISCOM liaison - End to end

3. Factory Licence & Legal - Most Significant:*

- Factory Licence:* New licence / Renewal - Sahanpur plant - UP Labour Dept
- UPPCB / Pollution:* Consent to Operate (CTO), Consent to Establish (CTE) file & renewal for solar & lead plant
- Electrical Safety:* Electrical Inspector approval, Fire NOC, Lift NOC if any
- Other Legal:* Shop & Establishment, Labour Licence, Contractor License, PF/ESI registration follow-up
- Liaison:* Visit Government departments - Get work done - No pending notice

Preferred candidate profile

Must Have:

- Has done factory license + UPPCB work before - Knows portal + offline process
- Knows solar site execution - At least 10 projects
- AutoCAD + Excel + Government portal expert
- Strong Liasoning power - Can talk to officers & get NOCs
- Ready to travel 15 days UP Govt offices
- No agency - Direct work
