Job Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end dark store operations including inbound, picking, packing and dispatch.

- Ensure timely order fulfilment and adherence to SLA/TAT.

- Manage inventory accuracy, stock availability and WMS.

- Handle and manage the store operations team and shift planning.

- Coordinate with last-mile and supply chain teams for smooth operations.

- Monitor daily productivity, fulfilment, inventory and operational KPIs.

- Ensure SOP, safety, housekeeping and 5S compliance.

Requirements

- 2–5 years of experience in Dark Store / Quick Commerce / E-commerce / Warehouse Operations.

- Experience in team handling and inventory management.

- Positive knowledge of WMS, order fulfilment and store operations.
