Job Summary

This is an opportunity for a Customer Success Manager to take up a meaningful commercial role in Delhi NCR / North India. The person will support business development, client servicing or operations by handling enquiries, maintaining a healthy follow-up pipeline, coordinating internally and keeping customers or partners informed. The role requires ownership of day-to-day commitments and the ability to work with deadlines without losing attention to detail. Candidates with experience in another service, sales, recruitment, media or customer-facing environment are also encouraged to apply. There is scope to take on more responsibility as performance develops, particularly for candidates who demonstrate ownership and sound judgement. The expected experience range is 3-7 years; robust candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered. Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
