Job Summary

A growing business / client assignment is looking for a Travel Consultant based in Gurugram / Delhi NCR. The role involves regular interaction with guests, clients, corporate contacts or event stakeholders.

Responsibilities

- Responsibilities may include enquiries, proposals, bookings, follow-ups, coordination with internal teams and vendors, and making sure the customer experience remains smooth from first conversation through delivery.
- We are looking for someone organised, responsive and comfortable taking ownership when several conversations or activities are moving at the same time.
- The successful candidate will be expected to take ownership of follow-ups, communicate clearly and contribute beyond simply completing assigned calls or tasks.

Experience

- The expected experience range is 0-4 years; solid candidates with closely relevant experience may also be considered.
- Candidates from other industries are encouraged to apply where their customer-facing, sales or relationship experience is relevant.
