Job Responsibilities:

Review and analyze medical records and physician documentation.

Assign accurate CPT and ICD-10-CM codes as per coding guidelines.

Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and client requirements.

Identify coding errors and maintain quality standards.

For QA candidates, audit coded charts, provide feedback, and support coders in improving coding accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria:

Relevant experience in E/M OP coding.

Valid medical coding certification is mandatory.





Valuable knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and medical coding guidelines.
