Job Description SAP SuccessFactors EC Consultant (6+ Years)

Experience: 6+ Years
Location: PAN India
Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) Consultant with 6+ years of experience in SAP HCM/SuccessFactors implementations. The ideal candidate should have hands-on expertise in Employee Central configuration, business process design, integrations, and end-to-end implementation activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Configure and implement SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central (EC) solutions.
- Gather, analyze, and document business requirements.
- Design and configure Foundation Objects, MDF Objects, Business Rules, Workflows, and Role-Based Permissions (RBP).
- Manage employee lifecycle processes including Hire, Rehire, Transfer, Promotion, and Termination.
- Configure EC Time Off, Position Management, and Global Assignments.
- Perform data migration activities and data validation using import/export tools.
- Work on integrations between SuccessFactors EC and SAP/Non-SAP systems using CPI, Boomi, or Integration Center.




- Support testing activities including SIT, UAT, and regression testing.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide post-go-live support.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, HR teams, and technical teams to deliver solutions.

Required Skills

- 6+ years of SAP HCM/SuccessFactors experience with at least 3+ years in Employee Central.

- Foundation Object Configuration
- Data Models
- Event Reason Derivation

- Experience in EC integrations with SAP and third-party applications.
- Knowledge of Integration Center, CPI, SFAPI, and OData APIs.
- Experience in end-to-end implementation, upgrade, and support projects.
- Solid client-facing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications

- SAP SuccessFactors Employee Central Certification.
- Experience with EC Payroll, Time Management, or Compensation modules.
- Exposure to global rollout projects and multi-country implementations.
