Job Responsibilities:

- Review and analyze medical records and physician documentation.
- Assign accurate CPT and ICD-10-CM codes as per coding guidelines.
- Ensure compliance with official coding guidelines and client requirements.
- Identify coding errors and maintain quality standards.
- For QA candidates, audit coded charts, provide feedback, and support coders in improving coding accuracy.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Relevant experience in E/M OP coding.
- Valid medical coding certification is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of CPT, ICD-10-CM, and medical coding guidelines.
