About the Role

We are looking for a Senior GenAI Developer who can combine strong development skills with hands-on experience in GenAI, LLMs, and Azure to build impactful AI solutions for the Healthcare & Life Sciences (HCLS) domain.

What You'll Do

- Build and enhance GenAI/LLM-based applications using Python.
- Develop solutions using RAG, LLMs, and AI agents.
- Work with Azure OpenAI and Azure AI services.
- Integrate AI capabilities into enterprise applications and APIs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build scalable and production-ready AI solutions.
- Explore and implement new GenAI technologies to solve business problems.

What We're Looking For

- 47 years of experience in AI/ML, GenAI, or related development.




- Strong hands-on experience with Python.
- Good experience with Generative AI, LLMs, and RAG.
- Hands-on experience with Azure / Azure OpenAI.
- Experience with LangChain, LangGraph, or similar GenAI frameworks.
- Strong exposure to the Healthcare / Life Sciences (HCLS) domain.
- Good understanding of APIs, embeddings, vector databases, and prompt engineering.

Good to Have

- Experience with Agentic AI / AI Agents.
- Exposure to Azure AI Search or vector databases.
- Experience taking GenAI solutions from POC to production.
- Understanding of enterprise AI security and responsible AI practices.
