Job Summary:

We are looking for a result-driven Business Development professional to build customer relationships and drive revenue growth. The role requires strong communication skills, sales confidence, and the ability to convert prospects into customers in a target-driven setting.

Key Responsibilities:

Connect with potential customers through calls, WhatsApp and other channels

Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable technical programs

Explain course features, benefits and career opportunities

Follow up with leads and convert them into enrollments

Handle the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure

Maintain customer information and follow-ups in CRM

Achieve individual and team sales targets

Requirements:





Freshers with a technical/engineering background preferred

Basic knowledge of programming, AI/ML, Data Science, Full Stack, Cloud, or other technical domains

Good communication and interpersonal skills

Strong convincing and negotiation skills

Target-oriented and self-motivated

Passion for sales and willingness to learn
