- Explain EMI plans, interest rates, and documentation requirements
- Collect and verify KYC
- Process loan applications efficiently
- Maintain accurate records of applications and disbursements
- Follow up on pending cases
- Achieve monthly targets
- Build customer relationship and generate referral leads.
- Address customer queries on loans and repayment
