Architect

Experience: 35 years in Architectural Design, GFC Drawings, and Site Execution.

Education: Bachelor of Architecture (B.Arch) (Mandatory); COA Registration is an added advantage.

Prepare and manage GFC (Good for Construction) packages, working drawings, and architectural coordination drawings using Revit.

Coordinate with architectural, structural, MEP, project, vendor, and contractor teams to ensure accurate, clash-free, and timely project execution.

Monitor in office construction to ensure compliance with approved drawings, design intent, quality standards, and resolve execution-related issues.

Review architectural finishes, materials, and construction details while supporting design coordination and project delivery.

Ensure seamless communication across stakeholders, maintaining drawing accuracy, documentation, and adherence to project timelines.
