Experience: Minimum 5 years in Structural Steel Design, preferably in PEB, Prefab, Precast, Modular Construction, or EPC projects.

Education: M.Tech/M.E. in Structural Engineering (Preferred); B.E./B.Tech in Civil/Structural Engineering (Mandatory).

Key Responsibilities

Design and analyze structural steel systems for PEB, industrial, commercial, and modular construction projects in compliance with relevant IS codes and engineering standards.

Prepare structural calculations, design reports, engineering documentation, fabrication drawings, and connection details to support manufacturing and site execution.

Perform structural analysis using STAAD.Pro (or equivalent), optimize designs through value engineering, and ensure material efficiency and constructability.

Coordinate with BIM, detailing, procurement, estimation, production, and project execution teams to deliver accurate, fabrication-ready engineering solutions.

Review drawings, quantity take-offs, BOMs,



and material optimization while supporting project execution through technical guidance and cross-functional collaboration.

Required Skills

Proficiency in STAAD.Pro for structural analysis and design.

Strong knowledge of structural steel design principles, IS Codes, and engineering standards.

Proficiency in AutoCAD; exposure to Revit, BIM workflows, and RCDC is an added advantage.

Experience in structural steel estimation, quantity take-offs, and material optimization.

Robust analytical, problem-solving, communication, and documentation skills with a collaborative, quality-focused mindset.
