Galvanize Global Education is reinventing Admissions Services to Top Universities Globally and Test Prep with generative AI. We're hiring our Full time Talent Acquisition and L&D; to help us scale. In this role, you'll source top tech & growth talent, and launch bite-sized L&D; sprints.

Responsibilities

- Hire 10 - 15 A-players per year across technology, product, marketing, sales, admissions, and academics through AI, data-driven sourcing, and ATS workflows.
- Run quarterly performance management.
- Design and launch L&D; sprints - micro-courses, peer learning, and GenAI workshops - measured by skill uplift and adoption.
- Drive engagement initiatives such as pulse surveys, town halls, and recognition rituals.

Requirements





- 2 - 4 years of experience in recruiting for startups or HR agencies.
- Strong grasp of ATS tools and AI-powered sourcing.
- Passion for learning design, engagement, and data-driven HR.
- Based in (or open to relocating to) Chennai.
- Thrive in a fast & high-growth environment.
