Manage Shops & Establishment, PF/ESI compliance, returns, registers and audits. Oversee payroll, F&F;, gratuity, bonus. Draft HR policies, SOPs, handbook. Handle onboarding, exits, grievances, discipline. Lead recruitment and employer branding.

Required Candidate profile

MBA HR preferred, 7-10 years in HR operations with strong compliance & recruitment exposure. Labour law/compliance certification is a plus. Audit-ready, detail-oriented, solid communicator & leader.
