Responsible for overall store operations and managing the store team effectively.

- Develop strategies to increase productivity and profitability within the store.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Maintain outstanding store condition and visual merchandising standards.
- Monitor inventory levels and order recent items as needed.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Recruit, train, and supervise store staff.
- Oversee and enforce store policies and procedures.
- Analyze sales performance and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
- Stay up to date with product knowledge, industry trends, and market dynamics.
- Should have a minimum of 6 years experience in retail management, preferably in a similar role.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and KPIs.
- Strong leadership skills and ability to motivate and develop a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and POS systems
