Lead/Sr AI Engineer

We are seeking a passionate and driven AI engineer with a proven track record of building and deploying cutting- edge AI solutions. As a leader you will be the driving force behind our AI strategy, providing technical guidance, fostering innovation and ensuring the successful delivery of AI projects.

Responsibilities

Drive the AI roadmap in alignment with the companys strategic objectives.

Mentor junior AI engineers and data scientists, fostering a culture of continuous learning and innovation.

Ensure compliance with ethical AI principles, including bias mitigation, model explain ability, and data privacy.

Champion AI governance frameworks to align with internal and external regulatory requirements.

Collaborate with business leaders, product managers , and domain experts to identify high-impact AI opportunities.

Translate business requirements into technical specifications and deliverable solutions.

Architect scalable AI pipelines for production-grade applications.

Optimize inference performance, model latency, and compute efficiency across cloud and edge environments.

Implement robust model monitoring systems for drift detection, retraining , and feedback loops .

Ensure AIOps/MLOps best practices for lifecycle management and versioning.

Experience designing end-to-end AI solutions across multiple domains (e.g., computer vision, NLP, forecasting).

Hands-on experience with vector databases , RAG architectures ,



prompt engineering , or agentic workflows (e.g., LangChain or LlamaIndex).

Track and report on the business value generated by AI initiatives (ROI, efficiency gains, etc.).

Support in building business cases for AI investments.

Designing and implementing AI and machine learning models to solve business problems

Collaborating with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver tailored AI solutions

Conducting research and prototyping recent AI algorithms and techniques

Developing and maintaining AI models to improve performance and accuracy

Analysing and interpreting complex data sets to extract meaningful insights

Documenting and presenting technical solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

Keeping up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI and machine learning technologies

Requirements

Requirements

Bachelors or Masters Degree in Computer Science or other related fields.

Strong technical analytical skill (Python OR R, SQL, predictive modelling, NLP/AI, Cloud, Generative AI, MLops, AIops etc)

Experience with Large Language Models like OpenAI API, ChatGPT, GPT-4, Bard and Langchain, HuggingFace Transformers etc
