Responsibilities:
- Lead integration and carve-out strategy and execution.
- Manage standalone, synergy, IT, and commercial diligence projects.
- Lead discussions with clients, investors, and senior stakeholders.
- Identify risks, quantify synergies, and develop value creation strategies.
- Build and mentor deal teams.
- Support business development and India platform growth.
Requirements:
- Experience in consulting, M&A;, or transaction advisory.
- Strong team leadership and client management skills.
- Robust financial and operational analysis skills.
- Experience with private equity or cross-border engagements is preferred.
