Role & responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end RFP activities from requirement gathering to award support.
- Conduct supplier sourcing, scouting, outreach and coordination.
- Prepare and issue RFPs through Ariba/Coupa/Ivalua.
- Manage supplier queries, bid submissions, clarifications and follow-ups.
- Perform commercial bid analysis, benchmarking and TCO/cost analysis.
- Support supplier evaluation and award recommendations.
- Manage contract templates, documentation, deviations and approvals.
- Ensure procurement governance, compliance and audit readiness.
- Track RFP pipeline, cycle time, SLAs, supplier participation and savings.
- Prepare dashboards and reports to improve sourcing efficiency.
