1. Physical Security & Plant Operations

- Develop and implement security policies and procedures for the manufacturing plant, offices, warehouses, and other facilities.
- Oversee access control, gate security, visitor management, employee movement, vehicle entry/exit, and material movement.
- Supervise security personnel, including deployment planning, shift management, training, and performance monitoring.
- Protect employees, company assets, inventory, equipment, and infrastructure.
- Conduct security audits, vulnerability assessments, and inspections to identify and address potential risks.
- Monitor CCTV surveillance, alarm systems, perimeter security, and access control systems.
- Coordinate with local police, fire services, emergency responders, and other relevant authorities.

2. Digital & Electronic Security

- Oversee electronic security systems, including CCTV, biometric attendance, access control, intrusion detection, and alarm systems.
- Coordinate with the IT team to strengthen digital security practices and protect sensitive operational information.
- Monitor risks related to surveillance systems, digital access controls, and security technology.
- Ensure appropriate access permissions, monitoring, and maintenance of security systems.




- Support incident investigations using CCTV footage, access logs, and other electronic evidence.

3. Risk Management & Emergency Response

- Identify security threats, assess vulnerabilities, and implement preventive measures.
- Develop emergency response plans for theft, unauthorized access, fire, industrial incidents, sabotage, and other security emergencies.
- Lead incident response, investigations, documentation, and corrective actions.
- Conduct mock drills, emergency preparedness exercises, and security awareness programs.
- Ensure compliance with applicable security standards, company policies, and statutory requirements.

4. Team Management & Administration

- Lead the security team, including in-house personnel and outsourced security agencies.
- Establish security SOPs, reporting mechanisms, and performance standards.
- Manage security budgets, manpower planning, vendor contracts, and operational expenditure.
- Prepare periodic security reports, incident reports, audit findings, and risk assessment summaries for senior management.
- Work closely with Plant Operations, HR, Administration, EHS, and IT teams to maintain a safe and secure working workplace.
