We are hiring a ZOHO One Implementation Head for a growing ZOHO consulting & implementation company based in Navsari, Gujarat.

Experience: 4 to 6 years in ZOHO implementation

Salary: Rs. 6 to 10 LPA

Location: Navsari, Gujarat (On-site)

Mandatory

- Willing to relocate to Navsari
- Ready to sign a 3-year employment agreement

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead end-to-end implementation of ZOHO One for clients: requirement gathering, configuration, customization, go-live and post-go-live support
- Functional understanding of the full ZOHO suite including ZOHO CRM Plus, Workplace, Finance Plus (Books, Inventory), People, Recruit, Projects, Creator, IT management and Analytics
- Handle customizations and administration of ZOHO apps and their system setup
- Integrate ZOHO apps with third-party applications
- Prepare technical and process documentation for every project




- Work closely with clients to understand their needs and map them to the right ZOHO solutions
- Train users and create guidelines so they can adopt the product easily
- Lead and mentor the implementation team and own project delivery
- Travel to client sites when needed

Requirements:
- 4 to 6 years of hands-on ZOHO implementation experience
- Solid knowledge of ZOHO One / CRM Plus; Deluge scripting and API integration is a plus
- Good communication, client handling and team leadership skills
- Qualification: B.Tech / B.Sc (IT) / BCA / M.Tech / M.Sc (IT) / MCA / MBA / B.Com / M.Com
- ZOHO certification is a plus
