Pravegh is a full-service offshore operations management and product development company headquartered in Ahmedabad. We run core business operations for companies across the globe: customer experience, technical support, revenue operations, finance and accounting, and sales operations. Alongside operations, we design and build digital products.
Our operations run on Zoho One, and we are hiring the person who will own it.
The role
As Zoho Systems Lead, you will own Pravegh's Zoho systems end-to-end: how they are designed, built, connected, secured and used. You will decide what gets built and how, be the in-house authority on Zoho, and bring in outside partners when the work needs them. You will report to the COO and work closely with the Operations Manager and the team leads.
This is a leadership role for someone who has designed and built Zoho systems, not only administered them.
Key responsibilities
Systems ownership
- Own Pravegh's Zoho One estate, including CRM, Books, Desk, Analytics and Creator, and the way the apps work together.
- Set the design standards every build follows, and decide what is built where.
- Keep a current system map and change log, so anyone can see what exists and what changed.
- Manage licences, editions and outside Zoho partners against agreed scope.
Process design and automation
- Turn how the sales, finance, support and operations teams work into clear, connected processes in Zoho.
- Automate them with workflows, blueprints, Deluge functions and custom modules where standard settings fall short.
- Connect Zoho to other business tools through APIs and webhooks.
- Build and test every change in a sandbox before it reaches live users.
Data, reporting and security
- Set data standards so records are complete, consistent and free of duplicates.
- Build dashboards and reports in Zoho Analytics that leadership can rely on without manual work.
- Own access control and data security in Zoho, aligned to standards such as ISO 27001 and SOC 2.
People and delivery
- Train each team on the systems they use, and write the SOPs and guides they work from.
- Give the team a fast way to raise system problems, and see each one through to a fix.
- Plan builds with clear owners, deadlines and test cases, and report progress every week.
What success looks like in your first year
- Every team works in one connected Zoho system, without side spreadsheets.
- Core processes run from start to finish in the system, with nothing re-keyed between apps.
- Leadership gets the reports it needs straight from the system.
- Every change is tested before release and recorded in the change log.
- The system is documented well enough that any part of it can pass to a trained backup.
What you bring
- 5 or more years of hands-on Zoho work, including at least 2 years leading implementations end to end.
- Deep working knowledge of Zoho CRM, Books and Desk, and how they connect.
- Strong Deluge, and hands-on experience with APIs and webhooks.
- Reporting experience in Zoho Analytics or SQL.
- Experience building systems for US businesses.
- Clear written and spoken English, and the confidence to explain system decisions to people who are not technical.
- The habit of documenting what you build and training users yourself.
Good to have
- Zoho certifications.
- Hands-on experience building in Zoho Creator.
- Working knowledge of accounting and inventory processes.
- JavaScript or Python.
