The Chance

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented Senior Manager – Finance to lead financial control, reporting, compliance, and process development as we scale our business.

Working closely with the CFO and founders, you will play a key role in establishing robust finance systems, driving financial discipline, and providing actionable insights to support business growth.

Key Responsibilities

? Financial Control & Reporting

- Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Drive MIS reporting, budget vs. actual analysis, cash flow forecasting, and cost tracking.

?Digital Revenue & Royalty Accounting

- Manage revenue reconciliation across digital platforms.
- Oversee royalty tracking, payout calculations, receivables, and revenue leakage monitoring.

? Compliance & Governance

- Ensure compliance with GST, TDS, Income Tax, ROC filings, and other statutory requirements.
- Coordinate with auditors, Chartered Accountants, Company Secretaries, and other stakeholders.
- Strengthen internal controls and oversee vendor contract financials.

? Process Improvement





- Develop and implement finance SOPs and accounting controls.
- Improve receivables management, working capital, and overall financial processes.

? Team Leadership

- Lead and mentor a team of 2–3 finance professionals.
- Collaborate with Content, Legal, Marketing, and Technology teams to drive operational efficiency.

What We’re Looking For

✅ 7+ years of experience in finance, accounting, and financial control.

✅ Strong knowledge of statutory compliance, GST, TDS, and financial reporting.

✅ Experience in fast-growing organisations; exposure to media, digital, IP, or technology businesses is preferred.

✅ Strong analytical, problem-solving, and process-building skills.

✅ Ability to thrive in a founder-led, growth-oriented environment.

✅ CA/CMA qualification preferred, but not mandatory for candidates with strong relevant experience.
