Key Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, test, and deploy Windchill solutions that meet customer requirements.
- Develop UI and server-side customizations using PDM Link, Project Link & MPM Link, and related Windchill modules.
- Configure and customize Windchill components across versions 11.x, 12.x, and 13.x.
- Enhance Windchill functionality through custom code, integrations, and extensions.
- Work closely with Business Analysts to clarify and understand business requirements.
- Participate in end‑to‑end solution delivery for large Windchill implementation, upgrade, and migration projects.
- Perform configurations and customizations for BOM Management, Release Management, Workflow, WTPart, Document Management, and CAD Data Management.
- Troubleshoot and debug Windchill issues with strong analytical skills.
- Support Windchill Business Administration activities including user management, access control, and system configuration.
- Provide training, documentation, and post‑deployment support to end-users and customers.




- Assist customers in understanding implemented solutions and best practices.

Required Skills & Experience

- 2–3 years of hands-on experience developing PLM applications, preferably using PTC Windchill.
- Experience working on large-scale Windchill Implementation, Upgrade, and Migration projects.
- Experience in Windchill configuration, customization, and Business Administration tasks.
- Good understanding of CAD Tools such as Creo, SolidWorks, etc.

Technical Skills:

- Working knowledge of:
- Windchill PLM Application Server
- Apache Tomcat and webserver concepts
- Programming skills in:
- Java / J2EE, JSP, XML
- Java Web Services
- Oracle / SQL

Additional Capabilities:

- Robust debugging and problem‑solving skills.
- Good Communication Skill.
- Good understanding of Windchill architecture and deployment.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross-functional teams.
