AKSH IP ASSOCIATES PVT. LTD. is looking for two enthusiastic and motivated Patent Associates to join our Patent Prosecution team.

? Position: Patent Associate – Patent Prosecution

? Openings: 2

? Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers are welcome)

? Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

? Qualification: B.Tech in:

- Computer Science Engineering (CSE)
- Information Technology (IT)
- Electronics & Communication Engineering (ECE)
- Electrical Engineering (EE)

Key Responsibilities:

- Assisting in patent prosecution before the Indian Patent Office.
- Preparing responses to First Examination Reports (FERs) and other examination objections.
- Analysing patent examination reports and cited prior-art documents.
- Assisting in drafting technical and legal arguments addressing novelty, inventive step, and other patentability objections.
- Supporting patent hearings and preparing written submissions.




- Managing patent prosecution matters and coordinating with clients to ensure timely responses and compliance with deadlines.

Desired Skills: Solid technical and analytical abilities, excellent written English, attention to detail, and a keen interest in patent law and prosecution.

Prior experience in patent prosecution is preferred but not mandatory. Fresh graduates with a willingness to learn are encouraged to apply.
