Webatropolis is a digital marketing agency in Trivandrum serving businesses in India, Australia and the UAE. Our ads bring in a steady flow of enquiries from businesses that want help with social media marketing. We need someone who picks up the phone, understands what the customer needs and turns enquiries into clients.

What you’ll do

- Call every new enquiry from our Instagram, Facebook and WhatsApp ads, usually within the hour
- Understand each customer’s business and recommend the right social media package
- Follow up consistently until every lead is either a client or a clear “no”
- Keep every lead updated in our tracker, with notes and next steps
- Reach out to new businesses beyond our ad leads to build the pipeline
- Share a short daily update on leads called, meetings booked and deals closed

What we’re looking for

- 1–3 years in sales, ideally phone-based or inside sales (agency or service sales is a big plus)




- Confident speaking in Malayalam and English
- Someone who follows up without being chased and takes ownership of results
- Basic understanding of social media marketing, or a real interest in learning it
- Organised: you know where every lead stands at any time
