Role Description The Video Presenter is a full time, on-site role based in Bengaluru, responsible for presenting real estate projects and services on camera for marketing, educational, and promotional content. Day-to-day tasks include hosting property walkthrough videos, explaining project features and benefits, and presenting company offerings in a clear, engaging manner. The role involves collaborating with the marketing and sales teams to script and rehearse content, aligning messaging with brand guidelines and customer needs.

Presenter will participate in on-location shoots at project sites, coordinate with videographers and production staff, and maintain a professional on-screen presence that builds trust with potential homebuyers.



Additional responsibilities include providing feedback on recorded content, supporting social media and digital campaigns, and contributing ideas to improve viewer engagement and clarity.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong on-camera presentation skills, clear spoken English, and confidence in explaining complex information in simple terms.
- Candidates should possess skills in basic script reading and preparation, including the ability to collaborate on scripts, adapt talking points, and stay on-message during recordings.
- Candidates should possess interpersonal and communication skills, such as active listening, professional interaction with customers and colleagues, and a customer-centric mindset.
- Candidates should possess time management and organizational skills, including the ability to manage multiple shoots, meet deadlines, and prepare thoroughly before filming.
- Candidates should possess basic familiarity with digital content formats and social media platforms (e.g., YouTube, Instagram, and short-form video), and an interest in video-based marketing.
- Previous experience in presenting, anchoring, acting, hosting events, or customer-facing roles is beneficial.
- Knowledge of real estate or an interest in housing and property markets in Bengaluru is an advantage.
- A bachelor’s degree in any field is preferred, along with the ability to work on-site at various project locations in Bengaluru.
