Role &

- Responsibilities

- Shoot and direct polished video content across corporate, commercial, and social media formats—from interviews to product demos to narrative storytelling.
- Edit footage using industry-standard tools to deliver final cuts with precise pacing, color grading, sound mixing, and motion graphics.
- Collaborate with creative leads and clients to interpret briefs, develop shot lists, and manage on-set logistics.
- Manage end-to-end post-production: sync audio, clean b-roll, create titles, add effects, and export deliverables in multiple formats.
- Optimize content for platform-specific requirements (Instagram Reels,



YouTube, LinkedIn, etc.) and brand guidelines.
- Maintain and troubleshoot camera gear, lighting kits, and editing workstations to ensure production readiness.
