This initiative aims to provide a protected, supportive environment where learners can restart and continue their education. Volunteers joining the academy will contribute directly to these mission-driven efforts.

Role Description Volunteers at Sai Silpa Educational and Career Academy support day-to-day educational activities, including assisting with classes, helping learners with assignments, and participating in tutoring or mentoring sessions. They may help organize learning materials, support educational events, and contribute to outreach efforts for children who have limited access to schooling. Volunteers also assist staff in creating a welcoming and safe environment for orphaned and disadvantaged children,



and help maintain basic records related to student attendance and activities.

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Narasaraopeta, requiring consistent presence and active engagement with learners and the community.

Qualifications

- Solid interest in education, child development, and community service, with a commitment to inclusive and non-discriminatory practices.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to work effectively with children, families, and team members.
- Patience, empathy, and the ability to support learners from diverse backgrounds, including those who have discontinued schooling.
- Basic organizational and time-management skills to assist with classes, events, and simple record-keeping.
- Ability to work on-site full time in Narasaraopeta and collaborate reliably in a team-oriented environment.
- Prior experience in teaching, tutoring, or volunteering with children is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Minimum educational background of secondary school completion; additional training or education in teaching or social work is an advantage.
