At PRISIM, we’re looking for a creative, tech-savvy Video Editor who can combine professional editing skills with AI-powered tools to create high-quality, engaging, and performance-driven video content.

The selected candidate will handle video editing for both PRISIM and our clients across multiple industries, creating content for social media, digital marketing campaigns, and paid advertisements.

We’re looking for someone who doesn’t just edit videos but understands what makes content perform, stays ahead of emerging trends, and uses AI technology to make the entire editing process faster, smarter, and more effective.

Key Responsibilities

- Edit videos for PRISIM and its clients, including Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, promotional videos, brand films, and advertising creatives.
- Use AI-powered video editing tools and workflows to improve productivity, speed up production, and enhance creative output.
- Stay updated with the latest AI tools, technologies, and techniques for video generation, editing, animation, voiceovers, subtitles, and visual effects.
- Regularly monitor social media trends, platform algorithms, audience behaviour, and content formats that drive engagement and conversions.
- Understand the evolving requirements of Meta Ads, YouTube Ads, and other digital advertising platforms to create effective video creatives.
- Develop scroll-stopping hooks, compelling storytelling, strong visual sequences, and effective calls to action.
- Create multiple video variations for A/B testing and performance marketing campaigns.
- Adapt video formats, editing styles, pacing, and messaging to suit different platforms, target audiences, and client objectives.
- Collaborate with the creative and performance marketing teams to develop content aligned with brand goals and campaign performance.
- Analyse video performance metrics and feedback to identify opportunities for improvement.




- Manage multiple client projects while maintaining quality, consistency, and timely delivery.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong proficiency in professional video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, DaVinci Resolve, or CapCut.
- Hands-on experience with AI tools for video creation, editing, image generation, animation, voiceovers, or workflow automation.
- Ability to identify and adopt new AI tools and build efficient, repeatable editing workflows.
- Strong understanding of social media content trends, platform-specific best practices, and changing algorithm preferences.
- Understanding of video creatives for paid advertising, including hooks, audience retention, creative testing, and conversion-focused storytelling.
- Knowledge of different aspect ratios, video specifications, and creative requirements across social media and advertising platforms.
- Robust creative thinking, attention to detail, and time management skills.
- A portfolio demonstrating video editing skills and creative projects.
