Roles & Responsibilities

- Edit and create engaging video content for social media and digital platforms, including Instagram Reels, YouTube videos, short-form videos, and documentaries.
- Handle video content for Government departments, Ministries, and public sector campaigns, ensuring alignment with campaign objectives and communication requirements.
- Assemble and edit raw footage, including colour correction, lighting correction, transitions, sound design, visual effects, and audio enhancement.
- Create engaging social media edits, promotional videos, campaign films, and digital content in line with creative briefs and brand guidelines.
- Use Adobe After Effects for advanced video editing, compositing, animation, and visual effects. Knowledge of motion graphics and animation will be an added advantage.
- Collaborate with content, creative,



and account management teams to develop effective video narratives and deliver projects within deadlines.
- Stay updated on the latest video editing techniques, social media formats, platform-specific trends, and visual storytelling styles.
- Ensure all video deliverables meet quality standards, brand guidelines, and platform-specific requirements.
- Handle urgent and time-sensitive video requirements, with flexibility to support critical projects and campaign deadlines, including occasional off-hours availability when required.

Experience and Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree or specialization in Film, Multimedia, Animation, Video Production or a related field preferred.
- 2+ years of professional experience in video editing.
- Previous experience in an Advertising Agency or Production House preferred.
- Experience handling Government/Ministry accounts will be strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro and After Effects is required.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, pacing, transitions, sound and colour grading.
- Good music sense and robust creative execution skills.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and manage time-sensitive requirements.
