? WE’RE HIRING: Video Editor + Photographer/Videographer | Pune

Are you passionate about creating content, editing videos, and bringing creative ideas to life? We’re looking for someone who enjoys experimenting with visuals, has a creative eye, and is excited to grow with us!

We’re open to beginners and freshers, too. You don’t necessarily need formal job experience, but we’d love to see something you’ve worked on - your own Instagram reels, personal projects, freelance work, or any other creative projects that showcase your skills.

✨ What you’ll be doing:

- Editing reels, short-form videos, and social media content.
- Assisting with photography and videography for shoots.
- Bringing creative concepts to life through engaging visuals.
- Collaborating with the team to create content for different brands.
- Exploring new editing styles, trends, and creative ideas.

? What we’re looking for:

- Basic to good knowledge of video editing.
- A decent understanding of photography or videography.
- Familiarity with editing software (anything you're comfortable with)
- Basic Photoshop knowledge is a plus but not a necessity.
- A portfolio, personal reels, freelance projects,

or other work that demonstrates your skills.
- Most importantly, someone who is genuinely passionate about content creation, eager to learn, and willing to experiment with new ideas.

You don’t need to own professional photography or videography equipment - we’ll provide the gear needed for shoots! ? Location: Pune, Maharashtra

? Salary: ₹12,000 - ₹20,000 per month, depending on skills and experience.

?️ Collaboration: Primarily weekdays, with in-person collaboration at a co-working space or a mutually decided location approximately 3 days a week. Weekend work is generally not expected.

A quick note about the role: This is a full-time remote position with occasional in-person collaboration in Pune. We’re looking for someone flexible enough to meet the team around three days a week when required.

? Interested? Send us your resume, portfolio or sample edits, and a short introduction via LinkedIn DM.

If you’re passionate about creating, learning, and growing your skills, we’d love to hear from you!
