Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based at the CDGI campus in Indore for a Video and Static Content Creator. The role involves planning, scripting, and producing video content that highlights institutional activities, academic programs, student life, and events.

The Content

Creator will capture footage, edit videos, and design static visuals such as posters, social media graphics, and digital banners aligned with the institution’s branding. Daily tasks include collaborating with academic and administrative teams, managing content calendars, optimizing content for various platforms,



and ensuring timely delivery of materials. The role also requires staying updated on multimedia trends and recommending creative approaches to enhance the institute’s digital presence.

Qualifications

- Strong video production skills, including planning, shooting, and editing using common tools (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar).
- Ability to create static visual content such as posters, brochures, and social media graphics using design software (e.g., Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva).
- Experience in content planning for digital platforms, including social media, websites, and promotional campaigns.
- Basic understanding of storytelling, branding, and audience engagement in educational or institutional contexts.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with faculty, staff, and students on content requirements.
- Strong organizational abilities, attention to detail, and capacity to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
- Relevant academic background in Media Studies, Design, Communication, Fine Arts, or a related field is preferred.
- Prior experience in educational institutions or similar environments is an added advantage.
