Experience and Eligibility

Prior experience in asset valuation is mandatory. Valuers registered with the Insolvency and Bankruptcy Board of India (IBBI) are preferred; however, candidates with strong technical knowledge and relevant asset valuation experience may also apply.

Your Role

- Prepare and draft valuation reports for fixed assets, including land, buildings, plant and machinery, and other tangible assets.
- Undertake local and pan-India site visits as required for valuation assignments.




- Conduct primary and secondary research, collect relevant market and technical data, and analyse assignment-specific requirements for the valuation of flats, shops, offices, land, buildings, and plant and machinery.
- Review technical and commercial information to support valuation assessments and report preparation.
- Coordinate with clients, consultants and other stakeholders to ensure assignments are completed accurately and on time.
- Work closely with senior valuers and technical teams, progressively taking ownership of assignments.

You will receive extensive on-the-job training and exposure to a wide range of valuation assignments.

What We Are Looking For In addition to the qualifications and experience outlined above, candidates should have:

- Positive working knowledge of Microsoft Office, AutoCAD and artificial intelligence (AI) tools.
- A proactive approach, curiosity, a sense of ownership and a strong willingness to learn.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to travel for site visits and assignments across India.

- Candidates must be based in the location for which they are applying. Knowledge of the local language will be an added advantage.
