- Experience: 1.5 to 3 years of hands-on experience in US IT Recruitment and Staffing.
- Strong understanding of the US recruitment lifecycle, including candidate sourcing, screening, submission, interview coordination, follow-ups, and offer negotiation.
- Hands-on experience sourcing candidates through job portals and skilled networking platforms such as Dice, Monster, CareerBuilder, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Indeed.
- Proven ability to recruit for a wide range of IT positions, including Software Developers, Cloud Engineers, Business Analysts, and other technology professionals.
- Good understanding of IT technologies, technical job descriptions, candidate skill sets, and role-specific requirements.
- Experience in candidate screening, resume evaluation, technical skill matching,



and assessing candidate suitability against client requirements.
- Strong communication, interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Ability to manage multiple job requirements simultaneously while meeting client deadlines and recruitment targets.
- Familiarity with US work authorization categories, visa types, and employment arrangements such as W2, C2C, and 1099.
- Ability to maintain candidate pipelines, update applicant tracking systems (ATS), and provide timely recruitment status updates.
- Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working effectively in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
