Role Description: Are you a U.S. tax professional ready to lead a team and work directly with U.S. partners? We're looking for a Tax Supervisor to lead our India-based tax team and own the quality and delivery of complex engagements.

What you'll do

- Prepare and review federal and state returns: 1120, 1120S,



1065, and 1040
- Review book-to-tax reconciliations and oversee e-file diagnostics
- Train, mentor, and give feedback to Staff and Senior Associates
- Act as the bridge between our U.S. partners and the offshore team
- Own turnaround and quality across all team deliverables

What you'll bring

- 6–8 years of U.S. tax experience in public accounting
- Solid command of federal and state tax law and book-to-tax work
- CCH Axcess (preferred), GoSystem, UltraTax, or Lacerte
- Experience leading teams in an offshore delivery model
- CA / CPA / EA (completed or pursuing) preferred
