Location: Thane | Hybrid ? Shift: 2:00 PM – 11:00 PM | 5 Days Working
Mandatory Software: Microsoft Dynamics GP, Oracle NetSuite
We are seeking an experienced US Accounting Manager to lead end-to-end AP, AR, and GL operations for a US-based client in the reinsurance and warranty domain.
This role requires solid leadership, technical accounting expertise, and a focus on process excellence.Key ResponsibilitiesLead and manage AP, AR, and GL teamsReview reconciliations, journal entries, accruals, and financial schedulesEnsure accuracy, compliance, and timely month-end close
Drive process improvements and automation initiativesCollaborate closely with US client finance stakeholdersTrain, mentor, and develop team membersKey Requirements8+ years of accounting experience, including 2+ years in a managerial role
