About the Role

Position: US IT Recruiter / Senior US IT Recruiter

? Location: Noida (Onsite)

? Shift: Night Shift

? Experience: 2+ Years in US IT Staffing

What You'll Do

✅ Manage end-to-end recruitment for US-based IT positions

✅ Source candidates through LinkedIn, Dice, Monster, TechFetch, CareerBuilder, and other platforms

✅ Work on W2, C2C, 1099, and Full-Time requirements

✅ Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with candidates and clients

✅ Build robust talent pipelines and maintain ATS records

✅ Negotiate rates and manage candidate onboarding

✅ Collaborate with SI clients such as TCS, Infosys, Wipro, Accenture, Cognizant, and more

What We're Looking For

✔️ Strong understanding of US Staffing, IT technologies, and recruitment lifecycle

✔️ Knowledge of US Tax Terms (W2, C2C, 1099) and Visa Types (H1B, GC, OPT, CPT, TN, etc.)

✔️ Hands-on experience with job portals and ATS tools

✔️ Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
