Job Summary
People Integra is looking for an experienced US Healthcare Recruiter with 2+ years of hands-on experience in US healthcare staffing. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing, screening, and candidate management skills, along with a valuable understanding of US healthcare recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
- Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals as per client requirements.
- Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to submission and follow-ups.
- Use job portals, LinkedIn, databases, and other sourcing channels to identify suitable candidates.
- Screen candidates based on skills, experience,
qualifications, and client requirements.
- Coordinate interviews and maintain regular communication with candidates.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare professionals.
- Ensure timely submissions and meet recruitment targets.
Requirements
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in US Healthcare Staffing.
- Hands-on experience recruiting healthcare professionals for US clients.
- Strong knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
