We are looking for an experienced UKG Pro HR Solution Architect to lead the end-to-end HCM solution architecture, integration strategy, and governance for an enterprise HR technology ecosystem.

The role will establish UKG Pro as the primary HR system of record while ensuring seamless integration with ADP Payroll and Workday Timekeeping. The ideal candidate will bring deep expertise in UKG Pro, enterprise HCM architecture, HR data management, and cross-platform integrations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Architecture & Governance

- Define the target HCM architecture, solution standards, system ownership, and design principles.
- Lead architecture decisions, design reviews, and governance activities.
- Establish integration standards and ensure alignment with enterprise architecture.

2. UKG Pro Functional Oversight

- Provide architectural oversight across Core HR, Recruiting, Onboarding, Compensation, Talent, People Assist, Reporting, and Security.
- Define employee data ownership, organizational structures, workflows, and access controls.
- Ensure UKG Pro functions effectively as the primary HR system of record.

3. ADP Payroll & Workday Timekeeping Integration

- Govern employee and employment data flows between UKG Pro, ADP Payroll, and Workday Timekeeping.
- Design integration workflows, reconciliation processes, monitoring, error handling, and operational support.
- Ensure accurate and consistent data exchange across connected systems.

4. Enterprise Integration Strategy

- Design and govern integrations using REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, middleware, iPaaS platforms, and batch processing.
- Coordinate integrations across HR, Finance, Perks, Identity and Access Management (IAM), and analytics platforms.




- Define data mapping, transformation, validation, and integration monitoring standards.

5. Employee Lifecycle Management

- Ensure reliable data flow across hiring, onboarding, employee transfers, compensation changes, timekeeping, payroll, termination, and rehire.
- Maintain data consistency and process integrity throughout the employee lifecycle.

6. Data Security & Compliance

- Establish standards for data quality, role-based access, privacy, auditability, and regulatory compliance.
- Ensure appropriate protection of sensitive employee information and adherence to applicable data privacy regulations.

7. Implementation & Stakeholder Leadership

- Lead architecture workshops, fit-gap assessments, data migration, testing, deployment, and hypercare.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, IT, Finance, and business stakeholders.
- Drive continuous improvement and optimization of the enterprise HCM ecosystem.
- Required Skills & Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in HCM/HR technology and enterprise solution architecture.
- Minimum 5+ years of hands-on experience with UKG Pro.
- Strong knowledge of Core HR, employee lifecycle management, workflows, organizational structures, and security.
- Mandatory integration experience with ADP Payroll and Workday Timekeeping.
- Hands-on understanding of REST/SOAP APIs, SFTP, middleware/iPaaS, data mapping, transformation, monitoring, and reconciliation.
- Proven experience in architecture governance and global HCM implementations.
- Strong stakeholder management, solution design, and technical leadership capabilities.
- Experience with enterprise HR data ownership and cross-system integration governance.

Preferred Qualifications

- UKG Pro certifications in Core HR or integrations.
- Experience with Boomi, MuleSoft, or Workato.
- Knowledge of GDPR and regional HR data privacy regulations.
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, HR Technology, or a related discipline.
