About the Role

Join ORN as a Travel Advisor and help customers discover, plan and book memorable travel experiences. From the first enquiry to post-travel follow-ups, you’ll be their trusted travel partner while driving bookings and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities

?Understand customer needs and recommend suitable travel packages.

?Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups and customer enquiries.

?Convert travel enquiries into confirmed bookings.

?Explain itineraries, pricing, visa requirements, and travel documentation.

?Coordinate with internal teams for a seamless customer experience.

?Build lasting customer relationships and generate repeat business.





Who Can Apply?

?Fresh graduates to 5 years experience from Travel / Tourism background.

?Excellent spoken English; knowledge of Kannada, Hindi, or other regional languages is an advantage.

?Confident communicators with a customer-first attitude.

?Interested in sales, travel, and target-driven roles.

?Willing to work from the Bengaluru office.
