Job Summary The Travel Operations Executive is responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing tour operations to ensure smooth travel experiences for clients. This role involves handling bookings, coordinating with vendors, managing itineraries, and providing operational support before, during, and after tours

Key Responsibilities:

- Handle domestic and international travel bookings and end-to-end travel assistance.
- Plan and customise leisure holidays, FITs and group tours.
- Prepare travel itineraries, quotations and holiday packages.
- Manage visa documentation, application processing and submissions.
- Coordinate with hotels, airlines and travel vendors for smooth operations.
- Monitor operational costs, vendor pricing, margins and profitability.
- Resolve customer queries and travel-related issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate booking,



visa and client records.
- Ensure smooth execution of FIT, GIT and leisure travel programmes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related field (preferred)
- 6 months – 2 years of experience in tour operations or travel coordination
- Experience with FIT, Group Tours.
