- Repair doors, windows, panelling and fixtures; fix door closers and shutters.

2.3 MEP – Electrical

- Troubleshoot faults such as short circuits, tripping and loose connections using a multimeter and tester.
- Follow earthing, load balancing and colour-coding standards; tag and label circuits.

2.4 MEP – HVAC

- Assist in installation of split/cassette ACs, ducting, diffusers, grilles and drain piping.

- Perform basic servicing: filter cleaning, drain-line clearing and checking for cooling or airflow issues.
- Coordinate with the HVAC vendor for gas charging, commissioning and major repairs.

2.5 MEP – Plumbing

- Install and repair water supply lines, drainage, CP fittings, sanitaryware, taps and flush tanks.
- Detect and fix leakages, blockages and pressure issues; carry out pressure testing.
- Work with PVC, CPVC, UPVC and GI piping and standard jointing methods.

2.6 Civil & Interior Works

- Carry out minor civil work: brickwork, plastering, screeding, chipping, core cutting and making good.
- Install and repair tiling, flooring, skirting, gypsum/grid false ceilings and drywall partitions.
- Undertake waterproofing touch-ups, grouting, sealant application and bathroom/wet-area repairs.
- Support store or site renovations, handover snagging and punch-list closure.

3. General Responsibilities

- Read and follow layouts, drawings and work instructions; report deviations to the supervisor.
- Inspect the site before starting work, and maintain quality and workmanship as per project standards.
- Coordinate with other trades and vendors to avoid clashes between MEP,

civil and interior work.
- Maintain tools, consumables and materials; raise timely material requests and keep site stock records.
- Submit daily work updates with photos and complete job cards or checklists.
- Follow safety practices – PPE, safe use of power tools, working at height, electrical isolation and housekeeping.
- Keep the site clean and dispose of debris responsibly on completion of work.

4. Skills & Competencies Technical

- Working knowledge of at least two trades at an advanced level and the others at a basic-tointermediate level.
- Ability to read basic architectural, electrical and plumbing drawings.
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools (drill, grinder, jigsaw, router, nailer) and measuring instruments.
- Understanding of finishes, materials and site sequencing (civil → MEP → carpentry → painting). Behavioural
- Quick problem solving and a self-driven, ownership mindset.
