About the RoleA growth‑oriented role designed for professionals with 1–5 years of experience in healthcare business development. The position focuses on TPA onboarding, corporate tie‑ups, and platform partnerships, with clear delivery and target expectations. The associate will be responsible for handling both new and existing TPAs and corporates, ensuring smooth empanelment, lead generation, and case handling at the diagnostic center.

This role is ideal for candidates who bring positive attitude, result orientation, and strong execution skills, and are ready to take ownership of business outcomes while learning and growing in a fast‑paced healthcare environment.

Key Responsibilities? TPA Onboarding &

- Empanelment

- Identify and onboard recent TPAs and insurance partners.
- Manage empanelment formalities, agreements, and renewals.
- Coordinate pre‑authorization, approvals, and case handling at the center.

? Managing Existing TPAs

- Strengthen relationships with empaneled TPAs.
- Generate leads and patient referrals through established networks.
- Track performance and suggest improvements for higher revenue.

? Corporate Tie‑Ups & • Partnerships

- Secure tie‑ups with corporates for employee health check‑ups and diagnostic services.
- Negotiate service‑level agreements (SLAs) and ensure long‑term engagement.
- Support development of customized corporate healthcare packages.




- Build relationships with HR and wellness teams to drive participation.

? Platform Partnerships

- Collaborate with healthcare platforms such as Just Dial, Book My Scan.
- Ensure visibility and lead generation through digital partnerships.
- Monitor platform listings and optimize for maximum patient inflow.

? Business Development & • Target Achievement

- Work towards achieving monthly and quarterly business targets.
- Contribute strategies to maximize patient acquisition and revenue.
- Participate in stakeholder meetings to explore new opportunities.

? Operations & • Case Handling

- Ensure smooth handling of patient cases, documentation, and claim settlement.
- Assist in resolving escalations related to claims or partner coordination.
- Maintain compliance with healthcare regulations.

Qualifications & • Experience

- Graduate in Healthcare Administration, Business Management, or related field.
- 1–5 years of experience in TPA management, corporate tie‑ups, or healthcare business development.
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage relationships independently.
- Positive attitude, result orientation, and willingness to work hard.

Preferred Background

- Exposure to diagnostic center operations, radiology, or pathology.
- Familiarity with insurance claim workflows.
- Ability to thrive in a target‑driven environment.
