Description

We are seeking a Test Engineer to join our team in India. The ideal candidate will have 1-2 years of experience in software testing and a strong understanding of testing methodologies. You will be responsible for designing and executing test cases, identifying bugs, and collaborating with developers to ensure the delivery of high-quality software.

Responsibilities

- Design and execute test cases based on project requirements.
- Identify, record, and track bugs using issue tracking tools.
- Collaborate with development teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
- Perform regression testing to ensure existing functionality is maintained after changes.
- Prepare test reports and documentation for stakeholders.

Skills and Qualifications





- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in software testing or quality assurance.
- Robust understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Experience with automated testing tools and frameworks (e.g., Selenium, JUnit).
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools (e.g., JIRA, Bugzilla).
- Knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Strong attention to detail and a passion for quality.
