Role Description The Telesales role at Achyuta Enterprises is a full-time, on-site position based in Lucknow. The telesales professional will contact potential and existing customers via phone to present property options, explain services, and respond to inquiries. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, handling inbound calls, providing accurate information about plots and financing, and maintaining detailed records of interactions in the sales system.

The role involves following up on leads, coordinating with the sales and customer service teams, and meeting call and conversion targets.



The telesales professional will also support customers through the initial steps of the sales process, ensuring a positive and efficient experience.

Qualifications
