Role Description The Telecommunications Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Rajkot Area. The specialist will be responsible for installing, configuring, and maintaining telecommunications systems and related network equipment used across the firm’s offices. Day-to-day tasks include monitoring system performance, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, coordinating with service providers, and ensuring secure and reliable voice and data communication.





The role involves working closely with internal teams to understand their communication needs, providing user support and training, and maintaining accurate documentation of configurations, changes, and incident resolutions. The specialist will also contribute to telecom capacity planning, upgrades, and process improvements to enhance overall service quality and client-facing communication reliability.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong knowledge of Telecommunications Systems and core Telecommunications concepts.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors.
- Candidates should possess solid Troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve technical issues promptly.
- Candidates should possess Customer Service skills to support users and address communication-related concerns professionally.
- Relevant experience with VoIP, PBX, SIP, and unified communications platforms is highly beneficial.
- Understanding of basic networking (LAN/WAN, routers, switches, firewalls) and telephony security best practices is preferred.
- Ability to maintain documentation, manage multiple priorities, and work accurately in a quick-paced environment.
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in telecommunications, electronics, information technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
