Role Description The Telecaller Intern role at Raska Mon is a remote, contract position focused on engaging potential users and partners through outbound and inbound calls. Day-to-day responsibilities include introducing Raska Mon’s services, explaining platform features, answering basic queries, and guiding callers through therapist discovery and appointment booking. The intern will document call outcomes, update lead and customer information in internal systems, and share feedback from users to help improve communication and service experience.

The role may also involve coordinating follow-up calls, supporting corporate wellness outreach, and collaborating with the team to refine call scripts and communication processes.

In this role, you will act as the primary bridge between Raskamon and mental health professionals (therapists, psychologists, and counselors) across India. Your core objective will be reaching out to licensed therapists, introducing them to the Raskamon ecosystem, building professional trust, and guiding them smoothly through the platform listing and verification process.

Key Responsibilities

1. Outreach & Engagement: Connect with licensed therapists and mental health practitioners across India via phone, email, and professional networks.
2. Consultative Pitching: Clearly articulate Raskamon’s value proposition—such as secure client matching, versatile scheduling, and zero-hassle practice management.
3. Onboarding Guidance: Guide therapists step-by-step through profile creation, credential/RCI verification, calendar syncing, and setting up their digital practice.
4. Relationship Management: Address queries, resolve platform-related doubts professionally, and handle objections with high emotional intelligence and empathy.
5. Pipeline Tracking: Maintain accurate daily logs of outreach activities, therapist feedback, and onboarding statuses using CRM/Internal tracking sheets.
