Job SummaryWe are looking for qualified and experienced Terminal Automation Technicians to be deputed at customer sites for day-to-day instrument maintenance services. The selected candidates will be responsible for scheduled preventive maintenance, functional testing, calibration, troubleshooting, and health checks of terminal automation systems and associated instruments and equipment.

Roles &

• Responsibilities
1. Perform scheduled daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly, half-yearly, and annual health checks of terminal automation systems and associated instruments.
2. Carry out preventive maintenance, functional testing, calibration, and troubleshooting of field instruments and control systems.
3. Maintain and inspect the following equipment and systems:

- Metering & • Instrumentation:

BCU, ERU, rack monitor, CR, strainer cum air eliminator, mass flow meter, flow meter, density meter, DCV, RIT, TFM, transmitters, valves, and loading arms.
- Terminal Automation & • Control Systems:

TFMS system components, ESD, MCP, EDU, and associated control equipment.
- IT & • Networking Equipment:

Servers, workstations, Ethernet switches, terminal servers, printers, and routers.
- Electrical Systems: Cabinets, control panels, junction boxes (JBs), UPS, ACDB panels, and battery banks.
- Safety & • Security Systems:

CCTV, card readers, HCD detectors, other detectors, barrier gates, and turnstiles.
- Communication & • Signalling Systems:

Display units, sirens, PA systems, hooters, and traffic lights.
- Other Equipment: Pumps and engines.

1. Maintain daily attendance records, gate passes, work permits, and activity registers.
2. Coordinate with the Honeywell Service Engineer and obtain the required sign-off on the Monthly Minutes of Meeting (MOM).
3.



Follow all site safety procedures, HSE requirements, and applicable customer guidelines.
4. Complete assigned tasks within normal working hours. Overtime is not applicable.
5. Submit maintenance reports, calibration records, and other required documentation as per site requirements.

Required Qualifications & • Experience
- ITI in Electrical, Electronics, Electronics & • Communication, or Mechanical.

- Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in instrumentation maintenance, terminal automation, electrical maintenance, or related systems.
- Knowledge of preventive maintenance, functional testing, calibration, and troubleshooting.
- Ability to maintain maintenance records and follow work permit procedures.
- Willingness to work at the assigned customer site for the full contract duration.

Contract & • Compliance Requirements
- The service provider must comply with all applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
- Monthly salary payments, PF, and ESIC contributions must be made within the applicable government-prescribed timelines.
- Monthly invoices must be accompanied by the required HR and statutory compliance documents, including proof of salary payment, PF and ESIC payment, and relevant certificates.
- The deployed technician must maintain attendance registers, gate passes, work permits, and activity registers. Copies must be submitted with the monthly invoice.
- A valid Workmen Compensation (WC) insurance policy must be issued and submitted at the site for the deployed technician.

Commercial &

• Payment Terms

- The service provider's quotation must include service charges, local travel, accommodation, daily allowance (DA), and HSE-related costs.
- Payment will be made monthly, subject to the Monthly Minutes of Meeting (MOM) being signed by the Honeywell Service Engineer.
- No overtime payment will be applicable. All assigned activities must be completed within normal working hours.

Significant NoteCandidates must be willing to work at the assigned customer site and comply with all applicable safety, attendance, documentation, and maintenance requirements throughout the two-year contract period.
