Roles and Responsibilities

- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company revenue and growth targets for the

organization.
- Identifymarket trends, opportunities, and challenges to inform sales strategies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders.
- Conduct regular client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to drive sales and ensure client satisfaction.
- Prepare and present salesforecasts, reports, and performance metricsto Head of the Department.




- Lead negotiationsfor contracts and agreements with clientsto ensure favorable terms for both parties.
- Manage the end-to-end sales process, from initial contact to contract closure.

Eligibility Criteria

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field. A Master’s degree or relevant certifications is a plus.
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in sales, preferably in industrial vision or related technology sectors.
- Solid understanding of industrial vision systems, imaging technologies, and automation solutions.
- Proven track record of achieving salestargets and driving business growth.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingnessto travel asrequired for client meetings, trade shows, and industry events.
